I have built businesses from scratch and learned what it takes to grow something that lasts. I started The Rodford Group to back founders like the ones I have worked beside: experts in their craft who need real support, not just money.

I am an accountant by trade, with more than eight years in the sector and a focus on company structuring and tax planning. Every business in the group is one I work in, not just on. The name is my own two surnames, Redford and Rodgers, put together.

Our mission is simple: backing skilled founders with clarity, capital and brand. Built around people, not hype.
